These Terms and Conditions, along with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, governs your access to and use of wellaccountedbookkeeping.com and wab.systeme.io, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through wellaccountedbookkeeping.com and wab.systeme.io (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.

 

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms and Conditions when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not want to agree to the Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use the Website.

 

​1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or participating in the Back Pocket Bookkeeper Group (“Group”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”) and Well Accounted Bookkeeping.

2. Membership Overview

The Group includes access to weekly 90-minute virtual co-working sessions via Google Meet, real-time Q&A with the facilitator, downloadable templates, guides, and pre-recorded mindset videos. Membership is month-to-month unless otherwise specified. Frequency of co-working sessions and delivery platform are subject to change with 15 days' notice. Facilitators are subject to change.

3. Payment Terms

The Group is a subscription-based membership currently offered at $27/month through July 31, 2025. Beginning August 1, 2025, the standard rate will be $37/month. Payments will be charged automatically on a recurring basis until canceled by the member. Price and duration of membership subject to change.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to resources, no refunds will be issued. Please contact us if you're experiencing issues, and we’ll do our best to help.

5. Failed or Non-Payment

If your payment method fails, your access to group sessions and resources will be paused. The system may attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment is not received within 7 days, your membership may be canceled. Subsequent re-enrollment will be at current pricing.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing bpbg@wellaccountedbk.com. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. Access will continue through the end of the current paid period. Please include the email you are enrolled with in the Group in your cancelation request.

7. Rules of Conduct

Members agree to engage respectfully and maintain confidentiality during sessions. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including but not limited to templates, videos, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Well Accounted Bookkeeping or its affiliates. Materials may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

9. Disclaimer

The Group is for educational and informational purposes only. The facilitator is not providing legal, tax, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for specific business or financial guidance. The facilitator is not providing technical support for accounting platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the facilitator or business be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Group.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant updates via email.

Members are also subject to the terms of use, privacy policy, and disclaimer found on www.wellaccountedbookkeeping.com.
